FAMILY MARTIAL ARTS CLASSES
We offer Family Week in all our classes several times a year for family fun, teamwork & connection! We also offer Family Tigers for ages 3-6 and the Teen/Adult class for ages 12+ allowing parents & kids to train & transform together.
MIND BODY SPIRIT WORKSHOPS
Our Mind, Body, Spirit Workshops will deepen your ability to manage stress and negative thoughts and learn to live from a place of inner calm & strength.
